Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN BOARD MEETING April 18, 2023 Chairman Dan Hanson called a town board meeting of the Town of Pleasant Valley to order on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the Town Hall in Cleghorn immediately following the Annual Meeting which concluded at 8:15pm. Board members present Chairman Dan Hanson, Supervisors Doug Nelson and Dan Green. Also present were Jen Meyer, Clerk/Treasurer and Wyatt Wathke, Hwy supervisor. Wyatt will plan on the Town purchasing base course for Birch Rd directly from the pit instead of the bid to purchase/deliver. The Town will coordinate our own trucking from the pit. Chip seal of Birch Rd will be bid out as a project in 2024. Wyatt reported Fahrner will be doing some warranty work in Stonebrook. Adjourned at 9:00pm Jen Meyer, Clerk / Treasurer
