TOWN OF SEYMOUR BOARD MEETING Vol. 39 Page 21
A SPECIAL meeting of the Seymour Town Board was held Friday, July 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
Notice was published in the Eau Claire Leader Telegram and posted at the Seymour Town Hall,
Township Fire Dept. Station 1- and at www.townofseymour.org under “Agendas”.
Board members present were Supervisor Kerry Parker and Supervisor Ken Schick. Also present
were John Oxley, Roads Supervisor, Sarah Smith, Deputy Clerk, and 2 contractor representatives.
Supervisor Parker called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.
OPEN BIDS-Bids for all road work were opened and read. See attached. Bids will be reviewed,
and contracts awarded on July 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
CREW PERSON/ROAD WORKER- Supervisor Schick made motion to hire a replacement Crew
Person/Road Worker at the board-approved starting wage. Motion seconded by Supervisor Parker.
Motion carried 2-0.
Motion to adjourn by Supervisor Schick and seconded by Supervisor Parker. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 1:10 p.m.
