APPROVED MINUTES TOWN OF SEYMOUR BOARD MEETING Vol. 39 Page 19 A meeting of the Seymour Town Board was held on Monday, July 13, 2026. Notice was posted at the Seymour Town Hall, Township Fire Dept. Station 1- and at www.townofseymour.org under “Agendas”. Board members present were Chair John Ailie, Supervisor Kerry Parker, and Supervisor Ken Schick. Also, present were Road Supervisor John Oxley, Clerk/Treasurer Jean Eisold, and 1 town resident. Chair John Ailie called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. MINUTES APPROVAL: A. Motion made by Supervisor Schick to approve the 5/11/2026 Board of Review Meeting minutes. Motion seconded by Supervisor Parker. Motion carried, approved 3-0. B. Motion made by Supervisor Parker to approve the 6/08/2026 Board Meeting minutes. Motion seconded by Supervisor Schick. Motion carried, approved 3-0. C. Motion made by Supervisor Parker to approve the 6/09/2026 Special Meeting minutes. Motion seconded by Supervisor Schick. Motion carried, approved 3-0. D. Motion made by Supervisor Parker to approve the 6/18/2026 Special Meeting minutes for Hall Bid Opening. Motion seconded by Supervisor Schick. Motion carried, approved 3-0. E. Motion made by Supervisor Schick to approve the 6/25/2026 Special Meeting minutes. Motion seconded by Supervisor Parker. Motion carried, approved 3-0. GENERAL COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC: None FINANCIAL REPORT: See attached. Motion made by Supervisor Parker to accept the Income Statement and Balance Sheet. Motion seconded by Supervisor Schick. Motion carried, approved 3-0. ROADS & BUILDINGS SUPERVISOR REPORT: See attached. BUILDING INSPECTOR REPORT: Absent DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. PICNIC LICENSE – ST BRIDGET’S – Motion made by Supervisor Parker to approve the picnic license. Motion seconded by Supervisor Schick. Motion carried, approved 3-0. B. MCKINLEY MULTI-USE PATH UPDATE: No new updates provided; still working on plans. C. HALL REMODEL UPDATE: Pre-construction meeting announced permitting hung up at State level. Will need to close for one week after new floor is installed. D. AUGUST ELECTION: Approved by the Wisconsin Elections Commission to have the August Partisan Primary Election at the Fire Station. E. FAMILY PICNIC: Board to continue contacting potential sponsors prior to next meeting. Postcard with Picnic and August Election location change on one side will be sent Seymour residents. McKinley Multi-Use Path SIGN CHECKS AND FORMS: A/P checks were signed. The Board approved cash disbursements and payroll for June 9, 2026, through July 13, 2026. ADJOURNMENT: Supervisor Parker made motion to adjourn meeting. Motion seconded by Supervisor Schick. Motion carried, approved 3-0.
