Planning Commission — Minutes

Seymour Plan Commission September 5, 2024 The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Supervisor Ken Schick. Members present: Ken Schick, Loren Gorell, Nick Schmock and Thomas Feck. Reviewed responsibilities of the Planning Commission. Elected Commission Chair: Motion made to approve Nick Schmock as Chair. Motion seconded by Ken Schick. Approved 4 Ayes, 0 Against. Discuss topics that the Planning Commission would like to address for 2024: • Plan to keep the Town of Seymour as is • Zoning is controlled by Eau Claire County. Would like input/ability to express concerns with changes to be approved by the County now and in the future • Weigh in on changes with the Town Board on actions • Develop relationships with the County Date for next meeting: November 13, 2024, at the Seymour Town Hall.
