Minutes of Previous Meeting — January 13, 2026 Minutes were accepted as presented. Public Comment None. Business 1. Open Sealed Bids Received on Various Advertised Properties The following sealed bids were opened: 1. A bid in the amount of $3,000.00 was submitted by Robert A. and Elizabeth A. Bensen Living Trust for Parcel ID #038- 1051-60-000. The bid is below the required minimum bid of $20,000. Therefore, the bid cannot be considered. Check will be returned. 2. A bid in the amount of $42,750.00 was submitted by John N. Simpson for Parcel ID #261-1176-90-00. The bid is below the required minimum bid of $117,675. Therefore, the bid cannot be considered. Check will be returned. 3. A letter was received for an intended bid in the amount of $15,5000.00 submitted by John E. Matula for Parcel ID #261-1176-90-00. The bid is below the required minimum bid of $117,675 (no 10% check submitted). Therefore, the bid cannot be considered. 4.
