PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING NOTES Committee Members Present: John Drummond Billie Rae Larkins Pam Thompson Date: Monday, April 6th, 2026 Time: 6:30 p.m. 1. Call to Order The Personnel Committee meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m. 2. Roll Call / Attendance Kristina Bjordahl Billie Rae Larkins Pam Thompson Kelsey Wells 3. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 4. Executive Session A motion was made by Billie and seconded by John to enter into Executive Session at 6:43 PM. 5ILCS 120/2 (c) (1): The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. However, a meeting to consider an increase in compensation to a specific employee of a public body that is subject to the Local Government Wage Increase Transparency Act may not be closed and shall be open to the public and posted and held in accordance with this Act Motion: A motion was made to come out of executive session by Billie and seconded by Kristina at 6:36 PM. 5.
