To approve the Minutes of the September 3, 2026, Sustainability Commission Meeting. 5. Update from Heather Phelps and Allison Birr on the responses from the Sustainability Commission's Public Engagement Survey. 6. Discussion regarding members' terms expiring and the process for filling commission vacancies and selecting a new Commission Chairperson. 7. Discussion and update on the 2026 Sustainability Commission Calendar. a. Recommendations for a presentation to the Mayor and Common Council Members at the November 16, 2026, Meeting.
