PERSONNEL COMMITTEE September 14, 2026 - 6:43 PM Community Room 933 Michigan Avenue, Stevens Point, WI OR Zoom Teleconferencing MINUTES Discussion and Possible Action on: 1. Roll Call. Present: Kneebone, Olson, Lang, Birr, Donahue. 2. Direct Primary Care (DPC) Presentation – Anovia Health H/R Manager Frasch gave an overview of the reasoning behind the presentations. Wendy Rosenthal, from M3, spoke about Anovia Health. Lori Allman, Director of Business Development for Anovia Health, delivered the presentation and answered questions from the committee. 3. Direct Primary Care (DPC) Presentation – LINK Healthcare Wendy Rosenthal, from M3, spoke about LINK Healthcare. Paul Verstegen, Chief Technology Officer; Ryan Strasser, Managing Partner; and Mark Wozniak, Chief Clinical Officer, of LINK Healthcare, delivered the presentation. 4. Consideration of 2027 Health Plan Renewal Recommendations and Benefit Options Wendy Rosenthal, from M3, gave an overview of the recommendations and benefit options and answered questions from the committee. Ald. Olson moved, Ald. Lang seconded, to approve the pass through option. Call for the vote: ayes, all; nays, none; motion carried. 5. Adjournment. Adjourned at 7:41 P.M.
