Our intention is to have in-person meetings going forward. For the time being, we will hold the City Committee Meetings, Plan Commission, Council and most others at the Community Room at 933 Michigan Avenue. This in-person location will meet the legal requirement for our open meetings. We will have a virtual option available, but the technology for the hybrid style meeting may not be reliable all of the time. To approve the ordinance amendment in Chapter 9, Section 9.05, as it relates to parking. 3. To approve a cost share and Maintenance Agreement from Portage County Highway Commission regarding CTH HH. 4. To award the 2026 Fall Paving Project #26-107 to American Asphalt of Wisconsin for the amount not to exceed $482,550.12. 5. To approve the State Municipal Financial Agreement from WisDOT to incorporate City utility relocations into the proposed STH 66 Curb Ramp Project. 6. To approve the Curb Cut Agreement between the City of Stevens Point and PointMed Properties LLC (former Cooper Motors site). 7. Update on the proposed STH 66 WisDOT downtown reconstruction project and approval for the City of Stevens Point to request that WisDOT evaluate the rerouting of STH 66 and potential two-waying of Clark Street.
