TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION - MINUTES WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2026 – 6:30 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE, SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Plan Commission was called to order by Brian Duggan at 6:31 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Present were Brian Duggan, Naomi Littig, Ross Noak, Annette Noak, Karen Prohaska and Craig Warren. Bob Crotty was absent. Major Subdivision: Final Plat submitted by Riverdale Properties, LLC for Apple River Prairie Estates : Plan Commission reviewed final plat submitted by Mike Erickson with Four Seasons Land Surveying and memo issued by Town engineer. Robin Haffner addressed the Commission regarding the stormwater analysis. Motion M/S by Ross Noak/Brian Duggan to recommend for approval major subdivision final plat submitted by Riverdale Properties, LLC for Apple River Prairie Estates, Job Number 26-17. Motion carried.
