TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION - MINUTES WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, 2026 – 6:30 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE, SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Plan Commission was called to order by Brian Duggan at 6:34 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Present were Brian Duggan, Naomi Littig, Ross Noak, Annette Noak, Karen Prohaska and Craig Warren. Bob Crotty was absent. Major Subdivision: Preliminary Plat submitted by Riverdale Properties, LLC for Apple River Prairie Estates : Mike Erickson with Four Seasons Land Surveying introduced the preliminary plat, identifying his revisions to the plat to address the Town engineer’s comments. The Plan Commission reviewed the plans. Kevin Mealhouse of 1918 Raleigh Road addressed the Plan Commission regarding the quality of 90th Street and 192nd Avenue with concerns regarding lack of shoulders and stormwater management of the lots. Tim Flandrick of 1910 90th Street addressed the Plan Commission regarding traffic on 90th Street and proposed placement of driveways. Janet D’Ambrosio of 2022 100th Street asked the Plan Commission about driveway separation and shared driveways. Derek Tarter of Riverdale Properties LLC addressed the Plan Commission regarding restricting future/additional sub-development of the proposed parcels through covenants. Motion M/S by Ross Noak/Craig Warren to table a decision regarding the preliminary plat submitted by Riverdale Properties, LLC for Apple River Prairie Estates, including parcels 038-1119-40-000, 038-1119-50-200, 038-1119-50-300 and 038-1119-50-400, until the Town Board and Plan Commission can meet in a Work Session to discuss in more detail. Motion carried. The July Work Session is scheduled for Monday, July 27 at 4:30 p.m. Clerk to add Plan Commission business to agenda. Adjourn : Motion M/S by Annette Noak/Ross Noak to adjourn.
