TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE SPECIAL MEETING - MINUTES WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2026 – 6:00 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Work Session was called to order by Tom Heintz at 6:04 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Present were Tom Heintz, Michele Hermansen, Darryl Wendt, Town Attorney Nick Vivian, Building Inspector Todd Dolan and Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Neumann. Brian Duggan joined by phone. Bob Crotty was absent. Approval of Agenda : Motion M/S by Michele Hermansen/Darryl Wendt to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Cedar Lake Speedway Building Code Violations : Motion M/S by Michele Hermansen/Darryl Wendt to adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g): the Board will confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral and/or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to potential enforcement proceedings, penalties, and/or related legal matters involving a local business, in circumstances where the Town is likely to become involved in litigation. Motion carried. Motion to adjourn out of closed session M/S by Darryl Wendt/Brian Duggan. Motion carried. Adjourn : Motion to adjourn the meeting M/S by Darryl Wendt/Michele Hermansen.
