TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION - MINUTES WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2026 – 6:30 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE, SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Plan Commission was called to order by Bob Crotty at 6:30 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Present were Bob Crotty, Naomi Littig, Annette Noak, Ross Noak, Karen Prohaska, and Craig Warren. Certified Survey Map | Minor Subdivision - Bell Family Trust : Doug Zahler with Auth Consulting/Associates addressed the Plan Commission regarding the Bell Family Trust certified survey map application. Motion M/S by Annette Noak/Naomi Littig to approve the CSM Job No 7775-003, as presented. Motion carried. Certified Survey Map | Minor Subdivision - Ellyson/Korn : Joe Granberg addressed the Plan Commission regarding the Ellyson/Korn certified survey map application. The application includes a proposal to install a stop sign (at developer’s expense) at 190th Street and Riverview Lane, a shared driveway agreement for Lots 5 and 6, and a driveway easement for Lot 7. Motion M/S by Ross Noak/Karen Prohaska to recommend for approval Job Number 100-1019, contingent on the recording of a shared driveway agreement, installation of a stop sign, as proposed, and easement recorded for Lot 7. Motion carried. Rezoning Inquiry | R2 to Commercial - Cyclone Holdings LLC : Spencer Sindt addressed the Plan Commission regarding future use of his parcel and the pursuit of either commercial rezoning or appropriate land/conditional use permits. No action taken. Adjourn : Motion M/S by Naomi Littig/Ross Noak to adjourn.
