TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION - MINUTES WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2025 – 6:30 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE, SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Plan Commission was called to order by Bob Crotty at 6:32 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Present were Bob Crotty, Brian Duggan, Annette Noak, Ross Noak, Naomi Littig, Karen Prohaska, and Craig Warren. Two-Lot Minor Subdivision - Bjorn & Jamie Neumann : Reviewed CSM for a two-lot minor subdivision for Bjorn and Jamie Neumann, located on 220th Avenue and County Road CC, just north of the Town Hall. Surveyor Joe Granberg shared a copy of the County’s checklist. Motion M/S by Annette Noak/Karen Prohaska to recommend approval of the CSM. Motion carried. Two-Lot Minor Subdivision - Franklins Carpentry LLC : Reviewed CSM for two-lot minor subdivision for Franklins Carpentry LLC. Reviewed engineer’s comments. Motion M/S by Ross Noak/Craig Warren to recommend approval of the CSM. Motion carried. Adjourn : Motion M/S by Brian Duggan/Ross Noak to adjourn.
