Major Land Division (Final Plat) - Riverdale Estates : Reviewed final plat submitted by Doug Zahler for Riverdale Estates. Clerk
confirmed
Town
Board’s
agreement
to
reduce
the
project’s
letter
of
credit
to
align
with
completion
percentage
of
project.
Estimated
30%
of
project
remaining
with
asphalt/paving.
Motion
M/S
by
Annette
Noak/Brian
Duggan
to
recommend
approval
of
the
plan
contingent
upon
the
satisfaction
of
all
outstanding
requirements,
including
execution
and
delivery
of
the
development
agreement
and
all
exhibits
to
the
agreement,
in
addition
to
any
other
outstanding
requirements
of
the
Town
engineer
or
the
county.
