Application for Certified Survey Map - Van Someren : Plan Commission reviewed application and updated materials for
two-lot
CSM
on
the
northwest
corner
of
90th
Street
and
210th
Avenue.
Motion
M/S
by
Ross
Noak/Brian
Duggan
to
recommend
the
Town
Board
approve
the
CSM,
as
presented.
Motion
carried.
Parcel Access - Marson : Mike Erickson of Four Seasons Land Surveying presented an inquiry regarding parcel access on the
west
side
of
Apple
Lake.
Parcel
currently
has
two
access
easements–one
from
95th
Street
and
another
from
221st
Avenue–both
private
roads.
Concern
regarding
requirement
to
bring
private
roads
to
public/town
specs
addressed
in
memo
from
Town
Attorney
Nick
Vivian.
One
idea
was
to
have
parcel
owners
pursue
a
maintenance
or
easement
agreement,
signed
by
all
parcel
owners,
as
a
mandatory
condition
of
approval.
Easements/maintenance
agreements
would
have
to
be
finalized
before
the
Town
takes
any
action.
It
was
generally
agreed
that
the
Plan
Commission
discourages
adding
another
property
access
to
the
existing
private
roads.
No
action
taken.
