TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE, WIS. WORK SESSION - MINUTES THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2025 – 2:00 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE, SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Town Board Meeting was called to order by Tom Heintz at 2:25 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Present were Tom Heintz, Michele Hermansen, Darryl Wendt, Brian Duggan, Bob Crotty and Andrea Neumann, Clerk/Treasurer. Transition to .Gov Email Addresses : Board to email Clerk confirmation once new .gov email address is set up. Major/Minor Subdivision Application Revision; Add Rezoning : Clerk to continue updating forms with consistent administrative fee. Variance Application: Shoreland Garage Addition 1965 110th Street : Motion M/S by Michele Hermansen/Brian Duggan to recommend for approval the shoreland garage addition at 1965 110th Street due to the unique features and constraints of the lot. Motion carried. Roads & Maintenance Driveway Placement at 1018 210th Avenue : Reviewed ongoing discussions regarding driveway placement at 1018 210th Avenue. Clerk directed to send Board’s adopted statement regarding driveway placement. Motion to Adjourn : Motion to adjourn M/S by Darryl Wendt/Brian Duggan at 3:26 p.m. Motion carried.
