TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION - MINUTES WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26, 2025 – 6:30 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE, SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Plan Commission Meeting was called to order by Brian Duggan at 6:32 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Members of the Plan Commision who were present: Brian Duggan, Naomi Littig, Annette Noak, Ross Noak and Karen Prohaska. Bob Crotty and Craig Warren were absent. Application for Certified Survey Map (Preliminary) - Van Someren : Surveyor Greg Lundquist presented an application for a two-lot CSM including the property at 2064 90th Street, owned by Robert and Rochelle Van Someren. The application was incomplete. Motion M/S by Ross Noak/Annette Noak to table the application for consideration at the April meeting to provide time to submit updated materials. Motion carried. Application for Rezoning from R1 to R2 - Franklins Carpentry : Surveyor Jon Sonnentag presented an application to rezone 11.68 acres located on the northeast corner of 93rd Street and 192nd Avenue, owned by Franklins Carpentry LLC, from R1 to R2 zoning. Motion M/S by Ross Noak/Naomi Littig to approve application. Motion carried. Application for Certified Survey Map - Gronaas Polder Trust - Surveyor Joe Granberg presented an application for a two-lot certified survey map of a 40-acre parcel located on the 1300 block of 220th Avenue. Motion M/S by Karen Prohaska/Naomi Littig to approve the application. Motion carried. Driveway Placement Inquiry - Ellyson/Korn : Surveyor Joe Granberg addressed the Plan Commission regarding an ongoing project, asking for feedback on driveway placement options. No action taken.
