TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION - MINUTES WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2025 – 6:30 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE, SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Plan Commission Meeting was called to order by Bob Crotty at 6:32 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Members of the Plan Commision who were present: Bob Crotty, Brian Duggan, Naomi Littig, Annette Noak, Ross Noak, Karen Prohaska and Craig Warren. Town Attorney Nick Vivian was also in attendance. Preliminary Plat for Major Land Division - Moulton - Riverdale Estates : Plan Commission reviewed preliminary plat (Job Number 8184-002) for seven-lot major land division submitted by Doug Zahler of Auth Consulting/Associates and comments provided by Town Engineer Josue Gonzales with Ayres. Town Attorney Nick Vivian suggested recording a reference to the stormwater management requirements and/or document on the deed as part of the Developer’s Agreement. Motion M/S by Ross Noak/Craig Warren to recommend the approval of the Moulton Riverdale Estates preliminary plat to the Town Board, with the expectation of including a reference to the stormwater management agreement on the deed. Motion carried. Adjourn : Motion M/S by Karen Prohaska/Ross Noak to adjourn.
