TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION - MINUTES WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2025 – 5:30 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE, SOMERSET, WISCONSIN The Plan Commission Meeting was called to order by Bob Crotty at 5:30 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Members of the Plan Commision who were present: Bob Crotty, Brian Duggan, Annette Noak, Ross Noak, Karen Prohaska and Craig Warren. Naomi Littig was absent. Application for Certified Survey Map - Christensen & Capital Enterprise LLC : Plan Commission reviewed certified survey map submitted by Mark McClenathan of Auth Consulting/Associates and comments provided by Town Engineer Josue Gonzales with Ayres. Parcel is zoned R-1. Not all items on the Town’s application are required, as it’s a CSM without improvements. Motion M/S by Craig Warren/Brian Duggan to recommend to the Town Board for approval of the Christensen & Capital Enterprise LLC CSM. Motion carried.
