Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Marie Blaser and Debbie Rudie, Alderperson Nanette Mohr, Marie Blaser and Matt Stroik, Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson, Mayor Josh McCarthy, Fire Chief Kurt Hicks and Assistant Chief Tim Via. Clerk informs Committee that Open Meeting Law has been complied with and Roll has been taken. Public Input: None AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Discussion and possible action on minutes from November 17, 2021 MOTION: Rudie/Blaser Motion to approve minutes from November 17, 2021. Voice Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and possible action on approval of 2022 Budget MOTION: Rudie/Blaser Motion to approve raises for employees to be 2% including fire department. Voice Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED MOTION: Rudie/Blaser Motion to approve 2022 budget with the changes, add AED $2,300 for Fire Department supplies, divide out insurances, and leftover balance to be put in a savings account, to send to council. Print out 2022 budgets for Council. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 3. Set Next Meeting Date – To Be Determined 4. Adjournment at 6:33 PM MOTION: Rudie/Blaser Motion to adjourn.
