Roll Call Present: Alderperson Gary Spaulding, Marie Blaser and Nanette Mohr Also Present: Mayor Josh McCarthy, Alderperson Debbie Rudie and Matt Stroik, and Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson Public Input: None AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Discussion and Possible action on Minutes from September 2, 2021 MOTION: Blaser/Mohr Motion to approve the meeting minutes from September 2, 2021 Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and Possible action on raze orders and building standards- Have MOTION: Mohr/Blaser Motion to approve the raze orders for 133 E First Street costing $13,400 and 212 E Main Street for $22,800. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 3. Discussion and Possible action sign variance for 212 N McKenzie Ave MOTION: Blaser/Mohr Motion to approve a home occupation sign for 212 N McKenzie Avenue as followed by the ordinance.
