5/4/2017 11:31:30 AM CITY OF GILLETT COMMON COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS 150 N McKenzie Ave., Gillett, WI MINUTES Thursday, April 26, 2017 at 5:15 PM 1. Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:15pm. Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Nanette Mohr, Ron Anderson, Marie Blaser, Irene Drake, Mark Sparks, Josh McCarthy, Mayor William Pecha, Clerk/Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher , Utility Operator Bob Schroeder, Public Works Foreman Shane Rank . Also present were Sarah Ness from Lynch & Associates. 2. Clerk informs the Council that the Open Meeting Law has been complied with 3. PUBLIC INPUT: None 4. Discussion & possible action on engineering contract for USDA grant/loan MOTION: Anderson/Drake Motion to accept contract from Lynch for USDA grant/loan funding. Roll Call Vote: 5 Ayes; Sparks abstained - MOTION CARRIED Discussion held regarding changes in contract after discussion Attorney Schmid had with USDA. Adjourn at 5:31 pm.
