City of Stevens Point Canvassing Board Minutes August 17, 2026 - 8:00 AM City Hall, 1515 Strongs Avenue - City Conference Room 1. Roll Call. Present: Karin Hyler, Thomas Kujawski, Clerk Pagel. 2. Canvass the results and any provisional ballots for the August 11, 2026, Partisan Primary Election, and correct any errors or irregularities as a result of such canvass. The committee verified the number of provisional ballots for each district. Polling Location 1 Districts 1 & 4 - had zero provisional ballots. Polling Location 2 Districts 2 & 5 - had zero provisional ballots. Polling Location 3 District 3 - had 1 provisional ballots that was not rehabilitated and District 11 - had zero provisional ballots. Polling Location 4 District 6 & 7 - had zero provisional ballots. Polling Location 5 District 8 - had zero provisional ballots. Polling Location 6 District 9 & 10 - had zero provisional ballots. In Polling Location 1, after review of the materials, the committee verified that there were a total of 1,031 ballots cast with a 1,031 participation count. In Polling Location 2, after review of the materials, the committee verified that there were a total of 1,060 ballots cast with a 1,060 participation count. In Polling Location 3, after review of the materials, the committee verified that there were a total of 614 ballots cast with a 614 participation count. In Polling Location 4, after review of the materials, the committee verified that there were a total of 1,232 ballots cast with a 1,232 participation count. In Polling Location 5, after review of the materials, the committee verified that there were a total of 718 ballots cast with a 718 participation count. In Polling Location 6, after review of the materials, the committee verified that there were a total of 1,121 ballots cast with a 1,121 participation count. 3. Adjournment.
