Notice of Meeting of the COUNCIL to be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026 @ 6:00 P.M. City Hall Council Chambers, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153 AGENDA This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter and all other news media who have requested the same as well as by posting . Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Administrator. 6:00 p.m. – Meeting of the Special Council with the Following Agenda: 1. Meeting Called to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Correspondence 5. Public Input 6. Discussion/Action/Recommendation on the Following: Recommendation from Old Hospital Ad-Hoc Committee: a. Committee may vote at approximately 6:00 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties and conducting other specific public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session for the following items: i. Developer Agreement with Commonwealth for Ownership of 405 First St, Oconto b. Committee may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 6:30 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) for discussion/recommendation from Closed Session. c. Action/Discussion on Matters from Closed Session 7.
