OCONTO CITY HALL, COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1210 MAIN STREET, OCONTO, WI 54153 This is an open meeting of the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Oconto. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers, and to all news media who have requested the same as well as by posting. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Administrator. 1. Meeting called to order by President Groll 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of agenda 4. Approval of meeting minutes from August 17th, 2026. 5. Public Input 6. Correspondence 7. Discussion/Recommendation/Approval on: a. Police Department 2027 Budget b. Fire and Rescue Department 2027 Budget 8. Review/recommendation on Police, Fire and Rescue reports 9. Review/approval on listing of accounts payables for Police in the amount of $8,885.82 and Fire and Rescue in the amount of $5,193.21. 10. Revenue & Expenditures Guidelines for 2026 11. Committee may vote at approximately 4:00 P.M. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering performance evaluation data of public employees over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for a. Fire Department personnel. 12. Committee may vote at approximately 4:30 P.M. to reconvene into Open Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stat. § 19.85(2) for discussion/recommendation from Closed Session. 13. Discussion/recommendation from Closed Session 14.
