Present: Kneebone, Lang, Olson, Birr, Donahue. 2. Requesting to approve the proposed Associated Bank EDI Service Agreement — FSA, HSA, and COBRA. H/R Manager Frasch gave an overview of the request. Ald. Olson moved, Ald. Donahue seconded, to approve the request. Call for the vote: ayes, all; nays, none; motion carried. 3. Request for known 2027 out-of-state travel per Administrative Policy 3.05. H/R Manager Frasch gave an overview of the planned out-of-state travel. Ald. Donahue moved, Ald. Olson seconded, to approve the request. Call for the vote: ayes, all; nays, none; motion carried. 4. Request to move the Production Assistant position from Seasonal to Permanent Part-Time on Pay Plan. Mayor Wiza gave an overview of the request. Ald. Birr moved, Ald. Olson seconded, to approve the request. Call for the vote: ayes, all; nays, none; motion carried. 5. Request for Merit Pay per policy 2.13(2). Mayor Wiza gave an overview of the request. Ald.
