State Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that the Village of Suring Trustees wi ll be meeting at SURING FIRE STATION, CONFERENCE ROOM , 210 N Heasley Street, Suring, WI on the date above noted. Persons requiring special accommodations should call (920) 842-2333 at least 24 hours before this meeting. 1. Call to Order ROLL CALL—(Village Board) Kohlwey, Kramp, Miller, Nieling, School, Schuettpelz, and Steffeck 2. Approve Agenda / Open Meeting Notices 3. PUBLIC INPUT: Persons attending meeting can give input on any village matter, whether on agenda or not. Public will only be allowed to speak at this time during the meeting, unless they are specifically on the agenda. Limit to 5 minutes. 4. CLOSED SESSION: Motion to convene in closed session on the following matters: State Statute 19.85(1)(g) – Conferring with legal counsel for legal advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the board with respect to litigation or enforcement matters in which the board or its designees are likely to become involved: complaints & State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Personnel.
