Board of Review

TOWN OF OCONTO Board of Review August 31, 2026 Chairman, Pat Scanlan, called board of Review for the town of Oconto to order at 4:00 p.m. Board members present were Paul Pansier, Pat Scanlan, Lori Scanlan and Chad Van Hulle. Motion made by Pansier, second by Van Hulle to appoint Pat Scanlan as Chairman of Board of Review. Motion carried. Motion made by Van Hulle, 2nd by Scanlan to appoint Pansier as Vice Chair. M/C Meeting was taped as per state statute. Chairman swore in Assessor, Nathan and accepted his affidavit. It is noted that Paul Pansier, Chad Van Hulle, and Pat Scanlan are all currently certified. Assessor Raatz gave the board an overview of assessment roll. Currently Town of Oconto is currently in compliance having just conducted a reevaluation of total town. Motion made by Van Hulle, 2nd by Pansier to adjourn at 6pm. Motion carried.
