Present: Bitters, Schroeder, Scanlan, Van Hulle, Peters 2. Approval of agenda with chair having ability to change sequence as needed: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd Van Hulle M/C 3. Approval of minutes of last meeting June 23, 2025: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd by Van Hulle to accept minutes as written. M/C. 4. Discuss/Recommend Rezone Librado Ortega yTrujillo , parcel # 030-363003324H, address: 5506 Pine Ave, Oconto, WI from Agricultural to Rural Residential. No one present to answer question on behalf of above named parcel owner. Discussion held, motion by Peters 2nd by Schroeder to approve rezone. M/C 5. Term expirations/renewals (Peters,Scanlan,) Discussion held. Peters not interested in renewal. Jerry was thanked by the board for his service. Scanlan agreed to another 2 year term, pending town board approval. 6. RV/Camping Ordinance Recommended Text Amendments. For review. 7. Correspondence: None received 8. Public Comments: None 9.
