Present: Bitters, Schroeder, Scanlan, Van Hulle 2. Approval of agenda with chair having ability to change sequence as needed: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd Van Hulle M/C 3. Approval of minutes of last meeting February 23, 2026: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd by Van Hulle to accept minutes as written. M/C. 4. Discuss/Recommend Rezone Terry & Michelle Bostwick , 1.003 acres, parcel # 030-352904733F2, address: 5306 Cty. Rd S, Oconto, WI from Forest to Rural Residential R1. Discussion held. This is basically a reconfiguration or a realigning of the lots through a rezone and is within our written variance for rezone especially when parcel is in our Oconto Sanitary District #1, where parcels can be less than 2 acres. Paul Shallow confirmed that the county has already approved the CSM. Motion by Bitters, 2nd by Van Hulle to approve the rezone from Forest to Rural Residential 1 for 1.003 acres. M/C 5.
