TOWN OF OCONTO COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING COMMISSION 6120 CREAM CITY ROAD, OCONTO JULY 25, 2022 MINUTES 1. Call to order: Chairman Bitters called meeting to order at 6:08 pm. Present: Bitters, Schroeder, Scanlan, Peters 2. Approval of agenda with chair having ability to change sequence as needed: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd Peters M/C 3. Approval of minutes of last meeting May 23, 2022: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd by Peters to accept minutes as written. M/C. 4. Discuss/recommend Rezone and Conditional Use for parcel # 030-161701433A from Rural Residential to General Commercial. Discussion held. Rezone: motion by Schroeder, 2nd by Peters to approve rezone from RR to GC and to use existing front of shop area (52’ x 186’) as customer parking and to keep it neat in front along Hwy 22. M/C Conditional use: discussion held. Motion by Peters, 2nd by Schroeder to approve conditional use permit so that the electric rebuilding and repair of vehicles can continue. M/C 5. Resignation of VanderVelden. Accepted resignation and will appoint someone to fill open position after consulting with Town Board. 6. Correspondence: None 7. Public Comments: None 8.
