Present: Bitters, Schroeder, Scanlan, Van Hulle, Absent: Peters 2. Approval of agenda with chair having ability to change sequence as needed: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd Van Hulle M/C 3. Approval of minutes of last meeting June 24, 2024: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd by Van Hulle to accept minutes as written. M/C. 4. Discuss/recommend Land Division by Certified Survey Map of 4.196 acres on part of tax number 030-121202044A, no change in zoning, to remain Rural Residential. Mitchell Hodkiewicz is now selling 4.196 acres around the house and all of the farm buildings that he bought from the Tom Baye estate(Logtown Road) Motion by Schroeder to approve CSM#3388HOD, 2nd by Van Hulle M/C 5.
