TOWN OF OCONTO COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING COMMISSION 6120 CREAM CITY ROAD, OCONTO DECEMBER 30, 2024 MINUTES 1. Call to order: Chairman Bitters called meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Present: Bitters, Schroeder, Peters, Scanlan, Van Hulle 2. Approval of agenda with chair having ability to change sequence as needed: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd Peters M/C 3. Approval of the minutes of last meeting September 30, 2024: Motion made by Schroeder, 2nd by Van Hulle to accept minutes as written. M/C. 4. Dale Mohr from Oconto County UM Madison Extension gave a very detailed and informative presentation on comprehensive plans and roles/duties of board members. 5. Correspondence: None 6.
