Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the Jan and Feb treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the Feb invoices and to pay the March invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia. Mike will check some of the manholes on S & N.9) NEW BUSINESS A) Sable status on flow meter & valve at Pine Street Lift Station● Completed so we will be getting a bill soon.
