Box #145, Oconto, WI 54153 920-373-7455 REGULAR DISTRICT MEETING May 11, 2026 1) CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Kim McDonald. 2) ROLL CALL: Kim McDonald, Marcia James, Cathie Connell present. Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Cathie made a motion to accept the minutes of the April meeting as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the April treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the May invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia.
