Box #145, Oconto, WI 54153 920-373-7455 REGULAR DISTRICT MEETING June 8, 2026 1) CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Kim McDonald. 2) ROLL CALL: Kim McDonald, Marcia James, Cathie Connell present. Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Cathie made a motion to accept the minutes of the April meeting as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the April treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the May invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 7) CORRESPONDENCE: ● 5529 Cty N -Wallace DeHut passed away should be switched to MaryAnn Nichols. Marcia will see who owns the property. ● 4615 Oakland Lane -Haas- property not connected to system at this time 8) OLD BUSINESS A) Bay Area Report ● See attached sheet ● Dialers all are working since we had power failure on May 27 ● Password for acknowlidging alarms is 555 B) Filter at Frog Pond ● Odor noted last week.
