Box #145, Oconto, WI 54153 920-373-7455 REGULAR DISTRICT MEETING Aug 11, 2025 1) CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kim McDonald. 2) ROLL CALL: Kim McDonald, Marcia James, Cathie Connell present. Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Kim added WPS lines coming through the district as part of new business. Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda with the addition of WPS. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Cathie made a motion to accept the minutes of the June meeting as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the June and July treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the Aug invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 7) CORRESPONDENCE: ● n/a ● 8) OLD BUSINESS A) Bay Area Report ● See attached sheet ● Quotes for flushing Pine st-not neede at this time B) Great Lakes update ● Work finished on manholes Cty NN and Cty NN and SS C) Update on Visu regarding liners ● Mike has not heard back D) Update ib 5506 Pine Ave ● We will charge the home owner for the $1109.94 which includes Boehmers and Carlies bill. We will pay for the charge from Great Lakes E) Update on online statements ● We have about ½ of the customers who will receive their invoices by email. 9) NEW BUSINESS A) Pensaukee regarding odor control ● Kim attended the Pensaukee sanitary DIstrict and she is waiting for Brandon Strelow to return email and phone call. No headway has been made. B) CMAR approval ● Tabled C) WPS contacted people on Cty N and NN that updated lines are coming 10) Public Comments: ● None 11) The next meeting of the commissioners and the people will be on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 4:00pm at the Town of Oconto Town Hall. 12) Cathie made a motion to adjourn.
