Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Kim made a motion to accept the minutes of the June meeting as printed. Motion seconded by Cathie. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the June, July, Aug treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the July, August and September invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia. Cathie made a motion to purchase 2 pumps as long as Mike gets two bids and stays under 10K. Seconded by Marcia.
