Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Cathie made a motion to accept the minutes of the October meeting as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the October treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the November invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 7) CORRESPONDENCE:●Brightspeed was contacted because we stopped getting a monthly bill. In order to receive a bill, an online account was created. After logging into the account, all of the City of Oconto’s invoices along with TOSD invoices are on the same account. Brightspeed said that is the way it is set up and there is nothing we can do about it. ●●8) OLD BUSINESSA)Bay Area Report●See attached sheet●Talked to Troy about Pine lift station and he can’t get parts for the dialer and he recommended replacement of the dialer for about $1500. Mike talked to Energenics and they will get a quote for us also. B)Update on Ins with American Family●Frog Pond is now insured for $75,000. It was misprinted at $7500.00C) Update on Bioxide at Pensaukee Lift Station●Jason from Hawkins sent an email to Kim. Kim sent it to Ben @ City of Oconto. Kim will create a letter and present at next meeting to send to Lyle at Pensaukee Sanitary District requesting they approve the addition of Bioxide at Penasukee’s first lift station (most southern lift station)D)Update on new Accountant●Tabled. 9) NEW BUSINESS A) ●B)●●10) Public Comments:● None11) The next meeting of the commissioners and the people will be on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 4:00pm at the Town of Oconto Town Hall.12) Cathie made a motion to adjourn. Bay Area Maintenance CALLBACKS Oct 9th-11:30pm-2:30am(4hrs) $120.00 Frog Pond lift station high level alarm-pump 1 high amps and would not run on 1 pump only-no spare capacitors to test-called troy shaden and met at 9am who put in temporary capacitor and ordered some spares and discovered bad controller which is over 2000 dollars just for the part but said they are able fix up a special module that will work instead. Left lift station open so he could do it without me thereOct 19th-4526 Oakland-alarm-bad capacitor-replaced(3hrs) $90.00Discovered dialer at Pine st lift station was working but lost audible both on dialer and on phonechecked line with spare phone- good then checked fuses also good-called Troy shaden who sent the younger guy there and he couldn’t figure it out either and so he is calling tech support and will let me know what it will cost to fix or replace dialer
