Quorum present. 3) ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Cathie made a motion to accept the agenda as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Cathie made a motion to accept the minutes of the November meeting as printed. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 5) APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT: Marcia presented the November treasurer’s reports. Cathie made a motion to accept the treasurer’s reports. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 6) PAYMENT OF INVOICES: Payment of invoices. Cathie made a motion to approve the December invoices as presented. Motion seconded by Marcia. M/C. 7) CORRESPONDENCE:●Proposal from Electrical Service to furnish and install new dialer (Senaphone 400) $1550.00●1881 Bayview Lane is in the process of building. Kim talked to the owner●8) OLD BUSINESSA)Bay Area Report●See attached sheet●B)Update on Bioxide at Pensaukee Lift Station●Kim drafted a letter for Penasukee Sanitary District. She is waiting for a few details before it can be sent.C) ●9) NEW BUSINESS A) Contracts for Marcia, Kim, Cathie and Bay Area Maintenance●New contracts were signed for wages and services fees commencing Jan 1, 2026.Marcia net monthly: $250/month net pay and quarterly billing $5/invoice net payKim McDonald net quarterly: $450Cathie Connell net quarterly: $150Bay Area Maintenance Agreement: Monthly 24/7/365 maintenance service fee shall be $1760 w/callbacks $30/hour with a minimum of 2 hours daily.Cathie made a motion to approve the increase in wages and services fees. Bay Area Maintenance CALLBACKS Nov 22nd(3hrs) $90.00 4888 Bayshore Dr-alarm-steady running-airlocked-pulled pump and released air Nov 24th(2hrs) $60.00 5403 Cnty N-alarm but no longer in alarm and was pumped down and shut off when I arrived-was backed up to top-ran through a cycle and all was normal Nov 26th(5hrs) $150.00 Alarm-pump running but not pumping down-low amperage-capacitors goodpulled pump-nothing stuck in impeller so checked check balls which were goodreinstalled pump to put half way into water but still would not pump so repaired pump and disassembled pump and removed impeller-strings and plastic wrapped around inside of impeller creating a blockage-showed homeowner cause and took picture then reassembled cleaned parts and reinstalled in pit and then pumped normal
