AGENDA Little Suamico Plan Commission Regular Meeting Little Suamico Town Hall, 5964 County Road S, Sobieski, WI 54171 THURSDAY, July 2nd, 2026 -6:00 P.M. www.townoflittlesuamico.com This is an open meeting of the Little Suamico Plan Commission. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting and to all news media who have requested the same, as well as by posting. The agenda is posted on the Town’s website, Little Suamico Post Office, and on the Sign Board on the Town Hall. Copies of the agenda are available for inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk/Treasurer. PLEASE NOTE: Discussion or action on matters that are not on the public noticed agenda is not permitted. Doors to the Town Hall will open to the public 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Notices were posted at the designated locations on June 22nd, 2026. Owner/Petitioner for parcel(s) 024-030900722A & 024-030900722– 6433 Geano Beach Rd- Roy Cartwright to Rezone 5.016 of 36.5 acres from A (Agriculture) to RR (Rural Residential) located in part of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Sec 9, T26N, R20E. Any written comments received will also be read and discussed. 5. Set Next Meeting Date- August Meeting with be held on the second Thursday due to the August Primary, 8.13.26 at 6pm. 6. Public Comment- 3 minutes per person to make a comment. This is not a Q&A session. This is strictly for the public to make comments to the Plan Commission. 7.
