AGENDA Little Suamico Plan Commission Regular Meeting Little Suamico Town Hall, 5964 County Road S, Sobieski, WI 54171 THURSDAY, May 7th, 2026 -6:00 P.M. www.townoflittlesuamico.com This is an open meeting of the Little Suamico Plan Commission. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty - four hours prior to the meeting and to all news media who have requested the same, as well as by posting. The agenda is posted on the Town’s website, Little Suamico Post Office, and at the Sign Board on the Town Hall. Copies of the agenda are available for inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk/Treasurer. PLEASE NOTE: Discussion or action on matters that are not on the public noticed agenda is not permitted. Doors to the Town Hall will open to the public 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Notices were posted at the designated locations on April 29th, 2026. CALL MEETING TO ORDER Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Agenda a. Change in Sequence b. Removal of Items APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING(S) CORRESPONDENCE BUSINESS 1. Owner/Petitioner for parcel(s) 024-111700313B-6633 Lower Road located in part of the SE ¼ of the NE¼ of Sec 17, T26N, R20E for a Conditional Use to install a 11.04kW Ground Mount Solar System. The Plan Commission reserves the right to permit nearby property owners that have received a letter from the Town the opportunity to speak first on this topic for two (2) minutes. Additional public comments at the discretion of the Chairperson, based on time available, may be allowed to make comments. Any written comments received will also be read and discussed. 2. Owner/Petitioner for parcel(s) 024-212700311C- 818 W Frontier Road- Garrow, located in part of the NE ¼ of the NE¼ of Sec 27, T26N, R20E for a Conditional Use to install an additional 30,000-gallon LP Storage Tank. The Plan Commission reserves the right to permit nearby property owners that have received a letter from the Town the opportunity to speak first on this topic for two (2) minutes Additional public comments at the discretion of the Chairperson, based on time available, may be allowed to make comments. Any written comments received will also be read and discussed. 3. Recommend the Site Design Standards Ordinance to the Town Board RE: The 41/141 Corridor Master Plan. 4. Set Next Meeting Date- 5. Public Comment- 3 minutes per person to make a comment. This is not a Q&A session. This is strictly for the public to make comments to the Plan Commission. 6.
