Approved MEETING MINUTES Little Suamico Town Board of Supervisors Special Meeting Little Suamico Town Hall, 5964 County Road S, WI 54171 THURSDAY SEPTEMEBR 25, 2025-8:00am www.townoflittlesuamico.com Board Members Present: Dale Mohr, Tracey Krumrei, Penny Helmle Liz Paape, David E. Pribyl and Lisa Glinski-Clerk/Treasurer Board Members Absent: Others Present: 1 Meeting called to order at 8:00am by Chairman Mohr. Mohr read the opening meeting statement. The agenda was properly posted to notice the meeting. Approval of Agenda- Paape moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Helmle. Motion carried, voice vote. 1. Discuss and approve members to the Sexual Offender Residence Board- Paape went over the members for the Sexual Offender Residence Board. -Chad Angus or possibly another Deputy if Chad is unable. - Liz Paape- Chairperson - Penny Helmle - Kim Schultz - Kim Reisteck - Gary Pusick (alternate) - Vicky Storzer (alternate) Motion mage by Pribyl to accept the members, seconded by Krumrei with Paape and Helmle abstaining due to being on the board. Approved by Pribyl, Krumrei and Mohr. 2. Addition to Section 4 and Section 6 of the Amended and Restated Sexual Offender Residency Ordinance- Paape went over the changes in the Ordinance to add churches/places of worship. Pribyl motioned to accept the additions to the Ordinance, seconded by Krumrei. Approved by unanimous vote. 3. Closed Session Pursuant to WI Stat. 19.85 (1) (C) to Consider Employment, Promotion, Compensation and/or Performance Evaluation Data of any Public Employee- Motion made by Paape to go into close session at 8:10am, seconded by Krumrei. Motion carried, voice vote. Roll call taken by Clerk Glinski 4. Return to Open Session: The Committee May Return to Open Session to Conduct Legal Business as allowed by WI Stat. 19.85 (2)- Motion was made by Tracey to return to Open Session, seconded by Pribyl.
