2026.05.28 Town Board Special Meeting Proceedings

PROCEEDINGS – Thursday, May 28, 2026 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski, WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Clerk – Colleen Walgurski, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek. 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. 3. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None B. Removal of Items – None Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to approve the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 4. Discuss and Act on Jaworski Road Bridge -Gary Van Lannen discussed bridge options that were presented by Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. -Jeff Van Enkevort explained breakdown of the cost for the multi-plate arch bridge and cleanup of creek. -Jeff Van Enkevort explained the structure of the multi-plate arch bridge as it was displayed on the TV. -Gary Van Lannen discussed financing options to fund the project. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll to approve Jaworski Road Bridge project with a multi-plate arch bridge. 5. Adjournment to Special Town Meeting of Electors Van Lannen adjourned meeting to Special Town Meeting of Electors at 7:39 PM Colleen Walgurski/Clerk
