PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, July 30, 2025 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisors - Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Clerk, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek– Jeromy Delebreau. 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Van Enkevort/Kroll approving the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 3. Discuss Roads. We had a concerned community member come in and show us the flooding in his yard on Yurek and expressed needing a culvert. 4. Discuss Park. Discussed putting the flagpole up at the stone barn. Swing set is tentatively scheduled to be built on August 23rd. 5. Discuss Recycling Center. Discussion. 6. Discuss Compost Site. Brief discussion on lights at the compost. 7. Discuss Ordinances. Discuss emailing the lawyer to review the ordinance for alternates in different committees and add the cemetery meeting to the committees. As well as needing the RFP for a Designated Hauler from our lawyer. 8. Discuss Newsletter Team continues to work on it. 9. Discuss Clerk and Deputy Clerk Report. Discussion about our slow internet speed as well as with Stone Barn Internet. Jeromy is going to call Cybertech and get an estimate to move to Star Link. 10. Discuss Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer Report None. 11. Adjournment to Monday, August 11, 2025. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm. Jeromy Delebreau/Clerk
