CITY OF STEVENS POINT SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Community Room 933 Michigan Avenue, Stevens Point, WI OR Zoom Teleconferencing June 24, 2026 5:00 PM Minutes 1. Roll Call. Present Ald. Christianson, Guthrie, Keymer, Olson, Birr, Kneebone, Shuda, Lang, Moldenhauer, Morrow. Excused Ald. Donahue. Consideration and Possible Action on the Following: 2. Resolution - A request from Mylena Oliveira, representing 7B Stevens Point 385, LLC, for a conditional use permit to construct a principal structure on the property located at 532 Division Street (Parcel ID 281240829401025), consistent with Ch. 23.02(2)(f)(5)(a). Attorney Beveridge clarified the parameters of action by Common Council on a Conditional Use Permit and explained that when standards have been met, the body cannot require additional conditions. Ald. Christianson moved, Ald. Keymer seconded, to approve the resolution with staff recommended conditions. Call for the vote: Ayes: Morrow, Moldenhauer, Lang, Shuda, Birr, Keymer, Christianson. Nays: Kneebone, Olson, Guthrie. Motion carried. 3. Adjournment. Adjourned at 5:18 p.m.
