Proceedings – June 5, 2024 Town of Chase Plan Commission Meeting 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Plan Commission Chairman, Dennis Kroll called the public hearing to order at 7:30 pm in the Chase Town Hall located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski, WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Plan Commission Members Present: Chairman – Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Anthony Sargent, Seth Ostrowski, Perry Baugnet, and Annette Pelegrin, and Secretary – Jeromy Delebreau. 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 3. Approve the Agenda: a. Change of Sequence – None b. Remove Items – None Motion by Delebreau/Van Enkevort to approve the agenda as printed. Motion was called and carried 7-0. 4. Approve Prior Meeting Minutes Motion by Baugnet/Delebreau to approve the prior meeting minutes from January 3, 2024. Motion was called and carried 7-0. 5. Presentation for Dollar General – Krakow. (Corner of Hwy 32 & Dudzik Road). A representative from Dollar General conducted the presentation. 6. Discuss and Act on Rezone for Kimley-Horn & Associates (Brett Hickey), 2394 Safian Road Krakow WI 54147, Parcel # 012-06060214L, RR to GC. Motion by Van Enkevort/Delebreau to Table the Rezone until August 7 2024 for Kimley-Horn & Associates (Brett Hickey), 2394 Safian Road Krakow WI 54147, Parcel # 012-06060214L, RR to GC. Motion was called and carried 6-1. Seth Ostrowski denied. 7. Public Comments. (Note: Must have signed the sheet to talk, state name, address, and 3-minute time limit is in effect.) Delebreau read letters from Community Members. Community Members stated their opinions. 8. Discuss and Act on Conditional Use for Kimley-Horn & Associates (Brett Hickey), 2394 Safian Road Krakow WI 54147, Parcel # 012-06060214L, RR to GC. No Action Taken 9. Presentation of Dollar General – Pulaski A representative from Dollar General conducted the presentation. 10. Discuss and Act on Rezone for Kimley-Horn & Associates (Brett Hickey), 7825 County Road S Pulaski WI 54162, Parcel # 012-232301012B, RR to GC. Motion by Ostrowski/Baugnet to Deny the Rezone for Kimley-Horn & Associates (Brett Hickey), 7825 County Road S Pulaski WI 54162, Parcel # 012-232301012B, RR to GC. 11. Public Comments.
