PROCEEDINGS – April 24, 2024 TOWN OF CHASE WORKSHOP SUPERVISORS MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. 3. Appoint Secretary. Van Lannen appoints Jeff as secretary. 4. Discuss Roads Contract. Road Culvert bids for Yurek and Safian 5. Discuss Recycling Center and Compost Site. Discuss questions from Town Residents on if we can have both? Talked about cost and options. 6. Discuss Recycling Survey. Discuss Roadside Pick Up, Recycle Center and Compost Hours. 7. Discuss Shipping Containers within the Town. Discussed ordinance for shipping containers & building permits looking over other towns ordinances. 8.
