PROCEEDINGS – January 4, 2023 TOWN OF CHASE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Chairman, Dennis Kroll called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman – Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Perry Baugnet, Derek Leisner, Annette Peligrin and Secretary - Jeromy Delebreau. Absent: Seth Ostrowski 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag The Pledge was recited. 3. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None B. Removal of Items – None Motion by Van Enkevort/Baugnet to approve the agenda with no changes. The motion was called and carried 6-0. 4. Approve Prior Meeting Minutes Motion by Baugnet/Peligrin to approve the prior meeting minutes. The motion was called and carried 6-0. 5. Discuss and Act on Rezone for Shannon Mleziva and Brian Brzeckowski, 9242 South Chase Road, Parcel # 012-292901133, AG to RC. Motion by Van Enkevort /Delebreau to table the Rezone for Shannon Mleziva and Brian Brzeckowski, 9242 South Chase Road, Parcel # 012—292901133 until they have a Water Retention Report by an engineering firm. Motion was called and carried 6-0. 6. Discuss and Act on Conditional Use for Shannon Mleziva and Brian Brzeckowski, 9242 South Chase Road, Parcel # 012-292901133 for Mini-Storage Units. Motion by Van Enkevort/Delebreau to table the Conditional Use for Shannon Mleziva and Brian Brzeckowski, 9242 South Chase Road, Parcel # 012—292901133 until they have a Water Retention Report by an engineering firm. Motion was called and carried 6-0. 7. Announcements and General Information. None 8. Adjournment to February 8, 2023 Chairman Dennis Kroll adjourned the meeting at 7:49 pm until February 8, 2023.
